As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and a NASM Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Pam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients.
With a background as a Group Exercise and former Zumba® instructor, she taught a variety of Zumba formats, including Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Sentao, and Zumba Toning. Pam is also certified in SCW’s Active Aging program and has worked for the Silver Sneakers program, helping mature adults stay fit and healthy.

My own fitness journey began at the age of 9 when I began my martial arts journey. I
consider myself a “lifelong martial artist” holding a 3rd-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do
and training in Judo, Japanese Jiu Jitsu, and Karate. I am also still an active competitor
in open martial arts tournaments.
With a background in social sciences and professional experience in human resources,
I combine a deep understanding of human behavior with my passion for fitness. I focus
on creating personalized training plans that challenge my clients, boost confidence, and
celebrate every achievement along the way.

Karen Roberts is a resident of Greensboro, NC, an alumnus of North Carolina A&T State University, and a Graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. As a wellness coach and personal trainer, Karen teaches the importance of taking time for spiritual growth, eating and drinking healthy, getting rest, working out, and having a meaningful social life, including spending time with friends and family.
Karen has helped countless clients lose weight, tone up, build muscle, build confidence, and come off or reduce their medications (after consulting with their medical care specialists). She focuses on the self-healing nature of the human body, given the right circumstances. The goal is to live a full land happy, abundantly, pain-free, and as flexible as possible.
When not working, Karen enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with her friends and family, especially her husband James, and her four grown sons, two daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren.
