Welcome to Powell Fitness, Greensboro, NC’s Premier Personal Training Studio

At PFT, we specialize in sustainable weight loss, muscle gain, proper nutrition. Powell Fitness Training is not a typical membership gym.  The clients at PFT can choose to work with one of a wide variety of experienced personal trainers  or join one of our group training sessions. The PFT philosophy is  to improve your quality of life through personalized functional exercise, and food education.



Whether you are a competitive athlete, or a complete beginner, there is a personal trainer and/or group training/bootcamp program for you. Since PFT is not a membership gym, therefore, there is never a big crowd. Everyone is with a coach and focused on their own workout.  In addition, you are not required to pay a gym membership fee in addition to your personal training fee.

Powell Fitness offers a variety of group training classes to help you get back into shape or take your fitness to the next level! We also offer one-on-one training for a more customized approach to your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, add muscle, train for a physique competition, or simply get ready for beach season, there’s a customized program for you.

Are you tired of only retaining a small percentage of your training fee?  Our unique model allows personal trainers to work with their clients one-on-one or in small groups without the distractions that can come with training at a public gym. Personal trainers at Powell Fitness in Greensboro, NC bring their own clients to the facility, get access to the entire facility and make your their own schedule, and charge your own fee. The fee charged by PFT is fair, and you are able to keep most of your money.  We invite you to learn more about the Powell Fitness model for personal trainers.
