Will Powell’s Strength and Conditioning Lite

This program introduces clients to strength and conditioning using light to moderate weight and sub-max heart rate training as well as developing flexibility.  This class is perfect for those just starting or those that do not feel quite ready to go in to strength and conditioning class.

This class meets Monday and Wednesday from 5:45-6:30 pm and is instructed by Will Powell.  The cost is $75/month.  Contact Will for more information.

S&C Lite+

This is the same as Will Powell’s S&C Lite class but adds 2 additional training oportunities.  For $110/month you can attend Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 5:45-6:30 and Saturday 9:00 am.

Will Powell’s Strength and Conditioning

This class is high intensity with focus on building mobility, strength and cardiovascular conditioning.  Some barbell experience will be helpful, but workouts can be scaled to your level of fitness.  These classes are taught by Will Powell and a team of coaches personally selected and trained by Will to deliver his programming.

Classes are Monday-Thursday: 5:30 am, 9:30 am, 11:30 am, 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm, Friday: 5:30 am, 9:30 am, 5:30 pm & Saturday 8:30 am.

The cost for unlimited classes per month is $125.00  Contact Will for more information.
